What you will do
- Manage legal customer complaints, court cases, and regulatory consumer files.
- Handle data protection and consumer rights cases (GDPR).
- Coordinate legal inquiries with Legal Counsels to ensure high service standards.
- Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints across social care channels.
- Collaborate on VIP Communications projects.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the results of regulatory initiatives.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in French (writing and grammar).
- Proficient level of English.
- Background in the tourism industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and G-suite.
- Strong analytical capacity and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in tourism-related legal case management (GDPR, consumer regulations).
- Knowledge of GDS Amadeus or Galileo.
- Additional languages such as German, Portuguese, Spanish, or Catalan.
- Experience in PR, media relations, or social media management.
