Salary: $170,000 — $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead operational orchestration of DeFi and EVM sidechain initiatives, including governance frameworks and fund deployment mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year ecosystem growth framework centered on Utility, Liquidity, and Trust.
- Define measurable success metrics for external hubs, startup programs, hackathons, and developer relations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to activate use cases such as stablecoin payments, credit markets, and RWA tokenization.
- Support annual planning cycles and pipeline management for prospects and existing partners.
- Design decision-making frameworks and establish operating rhythms to accelerate leadership alignment.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy and operations within Web3, fintech, technology, or consulting.
- Proven track record of providing operational support for Sales, BD, and/or Delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, specifically L1 protocols, tokenization, stablecoins, or DeFi.
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with dashboards and data tools.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model (10+ days per month in-office).
