What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable architecture recommendations and design workshops.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, providing guidance on deployment, scalability, and security.
• Partner with implementation teams to provide technical oversight during onboarding and major initiatives.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers to ensure customers realize measurable value from their solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise IT roles.
• Must be based in the USA; no immigration sponsorship is available for this role.
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage relationships with executive-level customers.
• Strong background in designing and supporting complex enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern architectures including cloud, identity, security, and virtualization.
• Prior experience within Professional Services, Architecture, or Customer Success organizations.
• Experience influencing technical decisions without direct authority.
