What you will do

• Drive the discoverability of research journal and book content on external platforms like Google and PubMed.
• Establish and evolve partnerships with key players in the research communication ecosystem.
• Define and deliver strategy for content usage within AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Develop and execute content protection strategies to prevent misuse and piracy.
• Prioritize product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Drive metrics that demonstrate value to subscription, transformative agreement, and open access revenue lines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product leader with a history of turning business objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Demonstrable success managing customer-focused digital products across the full lifecycle.
• Skilled in agile delivery environments with the ability to influence engineering teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using both quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational environments.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
