What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for complex software projects, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Lead the design and development of key system components, frameworks, and AI-driven services.
• Drive technical innovation and evaluate emerging technologies for integration into the development ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product Management and QA teams to deliver high-quality, on-time software solutions.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Extensive experience developing highly available and elastically scalable cloud services in .NET.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor visa petitions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant functional area.
