What you will do

• Own and drive the long- and short-term strategic agenda for the Core Technologies Media team.
• Lead and coach a diverse group of engineers specializing in DSP, audio, cloud architecture, and connectivity.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and video teams to ensure seamless integration of audio and connectivity features.
• Manage recruitment, budgeting, and daily planning to balance product delivery with innovation.
• Serve as a central knowledge hub for audio and connectivity technologies across the organization.
• Drive the development of hybrid media delivery, audio intelligence, and secure bitstream technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Lund, Sweden.
• Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and mentoring engineers.
• Solid engineering background with the ability to navigate diverse technical domains.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and align multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset capable of setting and realizing long-term technical visions.
