What you will do

• Lead the strategic push into next-generation autonomy, swarming, and coordinated multi-agent capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-caliber technical team to turn cutting-edge concepts into deployable capabilities.
• Act as the primary bridge between operational needs, technology development, and market delivery.
• Shape the autonomy offering, focusing on platform-agnostic orchestration and autonomy frameworks.
• Represent the company in high-level customer engagements, defense innovation initiatives, and international forums.

Requirements

• Strong operational background, preferably in unmanned systems employment or C2/ISR roles.
• Deep understanding of autonomy, swarming, and multi-agent systems within contested military environments.
• Proven leadership experience in complex, mission-critical development (defense, aerospace, or robotics).
• Ability to translate operational concepts into system architectures and capability roadmaps.
• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Defence Studies, or a related discipline.
• Must pass security vetting; specific citizenship requirements may apply based on security classification.
