What you will do

• Collaborate with product and design teams to identify and define key research questions.
• Plan and execute end-to-end research using interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
• Analyze research data to extract clear insights and translate them into product hypotheses.
• Support product discovery, validation, and iteration processes to ensure user needs are met.
• Test prototypes and identify usability issues to drive interface improvements.
• Present actionable findings to influence product and marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on UX research experience specifically within product companies.
• Experience conducting full-cycle research, including design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for conducting interviews.
• Proficiency with research and design tools: UserTesting, Maze, Respondent, Amplitude, Figma, Miro, and FigJam.
• Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
