What you will do

• Develop and evolve commercial propositions for existing clients, including pricing team structures, benchmarks, and incentive mechanisms.
• Serve as a strategic financial and commercial partner to Agency Client Presidents, managing net sales targets and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive commercial innovation and pitch new commercial offers to targeted clients to evolve the UK market's commercial approach.
• Collaborate with FP&A and controllership teams to maintain accurate rolling forecasts and ensure delivery against monthly targets.
• Negotiate payment terms and manage working capital, including monitoring unsecured credit exposure and credit insurance.
• Lead and manage the commercial finance team, overseeing annual reviews, pay reviews, and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• Deep expertise in Commercial Finance and Pricing, ideally within a media environment.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and working capital management.
• Strong track record of senior stakeholder management and commercial partnering.
• Experience in people management and leadership.
• Previous experience working within a media agency.
