TL;DR
UX Designer (AI) (ITSM): Designing and refining AI-powered features for the next generation of service management platforms with an accent on human-centered design and intuitive user experiences. Focus on rapid prototyping of AI concepts, facilitating collaborative ideation, and integrating accessibility and inclusivity into complex workflows.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from headquarters in Delft (Netherlands), Kaiserslautern (Germany), or Budapest (Hungary)

What you will do
- Prototype and refine AI-powered concepts, including the creation and governance of agents.
- Manage the entire design process from initial discovery and research to final delivery.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using Figma and other modern tools.
- Facilitate collaborative ideation and problem-solving within a product triad of PMs and Engineers.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency by contributing to and evolving the company design system.
- Validate designs through usability testing, feedback gathering, and data analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design at a medior or senior level.
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Proven experience shipping and measuring the success of AI-powered features.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
- English proficiency to ensure clear communication across international teams.
- Passion for accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges.
