What you will do

• Create high-quality stylized 3D assets from concept to final delivery.
• Own the full production pipeline, including modeling, texturing, and final polish.
• Optimize models to meet strict technical constraints and polygon budgets for in-game performance.
• Collaborate with 2D Artists, Tech Artists, and Game Designers to ensure seamless asset integration.
• Iterate based on Art Direction feedback to elevate visual quality and textures.
• Maintain a consistent production pace within a fast-moving development cycle.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Strong experience with polygon optimization and game performance constraints.
• Ability to translate 2D concepts into appealing stylized 3D assets.
• Mindset for end-to-end ownership of clean, production-ready assets.
• Experience collaborating in an English-speaking environment.
• Must be based in European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
