What you will do

• Collaborate with artists and designers to refine gameplay and visual direction.
• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials in a stylized aesthetic.
• Implement and optimize 3D assets within the Unity engine for mobile performance.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to maintain high artistic standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of 3D workflows, tools, and documentation.
• Explore new technologies, including AI-based methods, to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in game development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a high-quality, stylized or whimsical art style.
• Proficiency in major 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Experience with texturing tools like Photoshop, Substance Painter, or 3DCoat.
• Solid understanding of Unity pipelines and mobile performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience in casual or stylized mobile games.
• Knowledge of game art production pipelines and asset management.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation or texturing.
