What you will do

• Provide scientific and medical guidance to operational teams across clinical research projects.
• Identify and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders to support study feasibility and execution.
• Review medical and scientific data for departments such as Biometrics and Clinical Trial Management.
• Contribute expert input to RFPs, including study strategy, protocol design, and patient recruitment plans.
• Represent the company at industry meetings and contribute to peer-reviewed scientific publications.
• Foster strategic collaborations with clients to expand service offerings and relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Degree of Medicine required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, or Gynaecology.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in drug development within Women's Health.
• Strong business acumen within the CRO or drug development environment.
• Ability to demonstrate an appetite for client engagement and fostering positive interactions.

Nice to have

• Prior or current CRO work experience.
• Clinical research experience.
• Academic background in Women's Health.
