What you will do

  • Provide technical leadership for the architecture and design of quality engineering platforms.
  • Design and evolve scalable test automation platforms and engineering enablement tooling.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows and agentic AI to accelerate engineering outcomes while maintaining traceability.
  • Establish data-driven quality intelligence pipelines to support risk-based testing and release readiness.
  • Build and maintain reliable CI/CD integrations to improve delivery speed and repeatability.
  • Mentor engineers and uplift standards through reusable patterns and technical coaching.

Requirements

  • Computer Science, Engineering or Science degree with 8+ years of commercial experience.
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade platforms, frameworks, or internal tooling.
  • Strong hands-on programming expertise in Python and Java.
  • Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to real-world engineering workflows.
  • Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, and container tooling (Docker).
  • Experience building solutions that support traceability and auditability for regulated environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agentic AI, including RAG, tool-using agents, and self-healing automation.
  • Experience with modern browser and API automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ML platforms and operationalizing MLOps solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI architecture and governance patterns.
