What you will do

• Design, implement, and execute dynamic test cases for backend and server-side systems.
• Manage defects and track test progress using JIRA.
• Enhance existing automation testing frameworks using Jenkins and Docker.
• Document and propose release engineering procedures to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process data and implement best practices.
• Work with cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS.

Requirements

• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in server-side or backend testing.
• Proven track record in UNIX/Linux environments, including command-line tools and regular expressions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate testing strategies clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux-based scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Background in developing and maintaining testing tools or frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing applications or services hosted on AWS.
