What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with strategic objectives and growth plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Identify steering optimization opportunities in collaboration with leadership, revenue, and data teams.
• Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support executive decisions, specifically for B2C marketing.
• Present financials and key metrics to the leadership team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Optimize financial systems and processes to enable scaling through new technology.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in finance with a proven track record in strategic financial planning.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in driving business performance, particularly in B2C marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience optimizing end-to-end finance processes (record to report, order to cash, procure to pay).
• Strong written and oral English skills are mandatory.
