What you will do

• Develop and validate calibration datasets for OBD diagnostic functions and emissions strategies.
• Execute and analyze vehicle, chassis dyno, and engine dyno testing activities.
• Support vehicle preparation, instrumentation, and ECU flashing for development campaigns.
• Analyze test data to identify root causes and propose calibration improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and customer deliverables according to project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in powertrain calibration, OBD, emissions, or vehicle testing.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license.
• Familiarity with calibration tools such as INCA, CANape, or MDA.
• Willingness to work hands-on with vehicles and testing activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with gasoline engines, hybrid powertrains, or electrified systems.
• Knowledge of WLTP, RDE, or PEMS testing procedures.
• Python skills for data analysis or automation.
• German language skills.
