What you will do

• Perform end-to-end SI/PI simulations for cables, connectors, and traces.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize PCB stack-ups and implement design changes.
• Conduct lab-based correlation activities to validate simulation models against physical hardware.
• Identify and resolve signal integrity issues including crosstalk, reflections, and impedance mismatches.
• Design and optimize power delivery networks (PDN) to meet system-level requirements.
• Present complex simulation results and technical recommendations to design teams and leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in signal and power integrity engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, Ansys SIwave, or Cadence Sigrity.
• Strong understanding of high-speed protocols including PCIe Gen5/Gen6 and USB 3.x/4.0.
• Proficiency with PCB layout tools like Allegro, Altium Designer, or Mentor Graphics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
