What you will do

• Draft, translate, and review HR documents in Mandarin Chinese, including employment contracts and policy communications.
• Manage the end-to-end signature collection process for employment agreements and HR documents.
• Track and coordinate contract renewal timelines in partnership with HRBPs and Legal.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for China-based employees.
• Maintain accurate employee data within Workday across all lifecycle stages.
• Act as the primary Mandarin-language resource for daily HR activities and employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in BestSign.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
