Systems Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, or Uzbekistan; core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Translate general ledger, posting, fee, and product-accounting processes into technical specifications and user stories.
• Reverse-engineer existing financial systems to identify gaps and document undocumented functionality.
• Coordinate implementation from specification through testing, acceptance, and production release.
• Align finance, product, and engineering stakeholders when business logic conflicts with technical constraints.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience with financial systems or financial processes and a solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger operations.
• Strong process decomposition and system analysis skills, including identifying missing requirements and functionality.
• Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of APIs, queues, data exchange patterns, log analysis, and data-driven issue investigation.
• English at B2 level or above.
