Business-System Analyst (AI/LLM)

Location: Office-based in Cyprus; visa and legal support and assistance with relocation are provided.

What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Interview stakeholders and business users, document AS-IS processes, and design TO-BE processes using BPMN.
• Define and align business requirements, prepare technical specifications, and break initiatives into implementation phases.
• Design user scenarios, User Flows, Customer Journey Maps, wireframes, and mockups.
• Analyze integrations, document APIs and system interactions, and collaborate with software developers on estimation and planning.
• Support implementation through demonstrations and UAT, ensure requirements are met, and coordinate multiple projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in business-system analysis and product-driven IT companies.
• Proven experience with BPMN 2.0, technical specifications, requirements management, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with YouTrack or similar task-management tools and Confluence or similar Wiki platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Figma, or equivalent visualization and process-mapping tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, system integrations, basic SQL, analytics platforms, and BI tools.
• Experience automating internal business processes and implementing AI/LLM solutions in business processes.
