What you will do
- Develop advanced understanding of media channels, channel ecosystems, and planning best practices; apply purchase journey thinking across client work.
- Oversee campaign management and quality control; act as escalation point and provide coaching to improve outputs.
- Own planning presentations by defining required inputs, collaborating with wider teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Lead brainstorms and idea creation for campaigns; problem-solve by integrating and questioning data and insights.
- Build and maintain client and agency relationships at mid-senior level; identify decision makers and stakeholder perspectives.
- Translate learnings and trends into multi-media plans with clear measurement, including recommending budget shifts during campaigns.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK (UK-based role).
- Advanced experience in media planning craft, including presenting from platforms/tools and building stories from data.
- Strong ability to lead campaign management, review others’ work for accuracy, and handle escalated issues.
- Expert stakeholder management skills, including understanding client/agency structures and sector context.
- Advanced communication skills to deliver accurate, influential information to senior stakeholders and create clear presentations.
- Experience translating strategic direction into channel roles, behaviors, and measurable media plans.
