Media Associate EMEA

Location: Slough, United Kingdom; flexible work model with purposeful in-person collaboration.

Gross annual salary: GBP 37,440–44,460, plus a target bonus of 5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Coordinate execution of approved global and regional media strategies across multiple EMEA markets.
• Work with local media agencies to align campaign delivery with strategy, governance standards, quality expectations, and timelines.
• Monitor execution status, pacing, performance signals, reporting inputs, and delivery dependencies.
• Support in-flight optimization and coordinate corrective actions for execution risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Coordinate shared learnings, best practices, regional planning cycles, complex launches, and onboarding of new markets, agencies, or processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, client services, or integrated media planning within a media agency or in-house media team.
• Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel media campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence building relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and market teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill information into clear recommendations and learnings.
• Understanding of the EMEA media landscape or experience in one or more EMEA markets is advantageous.
