Location: Remote in the USA or Canada

Salary: $240K – $300K (USD) / $220k - $340k (CAD)

What you will do

• Lead security strategy across corporate, platform, product, robot security, GRC, and security operations.
• Drive the security roadmap, including endpoint security, SSO, and SOC 2/SOX ITGC readiness.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to embed secure development in hardware and software.
• Advance GRC maturity through policies, monitoring, and data protection training.
• Build and mature incident response and business continuity capabilities.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing technical security organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive security experience with leadership in high-growth tech companies.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud, endpoint, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience with GRC programs (SOC 2, SOX ITGC) and audit preparation.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on secure SDLC and infrastructure controls.

Nice to have

• Experience securing cyber-physical environments (robotics/IoT).
• Background in public company readiness or regulated operational environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace, GitHub Enterprise, SentinelOne, or Vanta.
