What you will do

• Provide strategic advice and support on project HSSE matters to the management team.
• Roll out company HSSE objectives, campaigns, and initiatives across project sites.
• Lead high-potential incident investigations and generate actionable corrective and preventative actions.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide constructive reviews of HSSE performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE management plans.
• Act as the primary HSSE focal point for clients and support external audits.

Requirements

• Must be based on-site in Perthshire, Scotland.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid CSCS card and Internal Auditor certification.
• Proven experience in transmission and distribution, oil and gas, or related industrial sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
