What you will do

• Lead product experimentation programs, including A/B testing and causal inference, to improve activation, retention, and engagement.
• Develop and deploy ML models (gradient boosting, random forests, logistic regression) to generate product insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Communicate model outputs and experiment results through narratives tailored for executive audiences.
• Establish best practices for experimentation design, statistical rigor, and ML workflows across the organization.
• Refine data pipelines and analytical frameworks to ensure scalable and repeatable insights generation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product or Senior Data Scientist in a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, statistical significance, and causal inference methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using scikit-learn and MLflow.
• Proven ability to build and deploy tree-based models and regression techniques.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada.
