What you will do

• Design and lead product experimentation programs including A/B testing and causal inference.
• Build and deploy machine learning models to turn product signals into actionable decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to frame and solve business problems.
• Translate model outputs and experimental results into clear business narratives for executives.
• Establish best practices for experimentation and ML workflows across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Senior Data Scientist or Product Data Scientist role.
• Hands-on experience with product experimentation, statistical significance, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python, including scikit-learn and MLflow.
• Proven background in B2B or B2C SaaS environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with Amplitude or similar event analytics platforms.
