What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions through data.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments that drive product and business outcomes.
• Build data models, dashboards, and tooling to help teams scale insights.
• Define and forecast key metrics to track progress and surface opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor the broader data community through best practices and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven track record of using data to drive impact across products or business units.
• Ability to write complex SQL and work with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with experimentation, event instrumentation, and data warehousing.
• Strong foundation in statistics or a STEM field, with proficiency in Python or R.
• Familiarity with product funnels and growth accounting metrics.
• Location: Must be based in Australia or New Zealand (ANZ).
