What you will do

• Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and asset links to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist Account Managers in daily client coordination and professional communication.
• Route creative assets for approval and track strict content deadlines.
• Prepare client decks, call agendas, and meeting recap notes.
• Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify and flag emerging digital trends, creator moments, and platform updates.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or advertising (internships included).
• Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for hybrid office attendance.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for internet culture, entertainment, and digital storytelling.
