What you will do

• Manage and maintain 7-8 Instagram pages, ensuring alignment with each page's unique voice and audience.
• Execute a daily posting cadence, delivering a minimum of 2 posts per day across assigned pages.
• Schedule content in advance, including preparation for weekends.
• Implement music and branded campaigns using provided assets and creative direction.
• Monitor and engage with audiences through comments, reactions, and direct messages.
• Analyze page performance using Instagram insights and submit monthly growth reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content execution, or digital media.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, meme formats, and social media trends.
• Ability to maintain high-volume content output while ensuring quality.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva.
• Understanding of performance metrics like views, impressions, and engagement rates.
