What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish short-form video, graphics, and copy in real time during live shows and tapings.
• Clip and distribute key moments from flagship football properties across social platforms.
• Manage live social coverage during broadcasts and digital streams.
• Monitor social trends, NFL news cycles, and fan conversations to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with producers, talent, and marketing teams to execute content campaigns and promotional pushes.
• Track performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies for growth and engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital production, or sports media.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut.
• Deep knowledge of the NFL, football culture, and current storylines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, live production environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, and weekends aligned with show schedules.
