Salary: $55.95 – $62.14 per hour

What you will do

• Design user-centered product content, including UI copy, microcopy, and instructional text aligned with accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure consistent content experiences across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a scalable content architecture for multi-platform publishing.
• Translate user research and data insights into effective content strategies and solutions.
• Create intuitive user interactions by applying conversational design principles.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation and the refinement of UX writing outputs.

Requirements

• Background in content design, UX writing, technical communication, journalism, or a related field.
• Experience creating structured product content such as UI text and digital product messaging.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles applied in product environments.
• Experience working within agile teams alongside UX and engineering stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CCMS) and structured content workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Paligo, or Pendo.
• Exposure to conversational design and AI-assisted content creation tools.
