What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day social content pipeline, managing real-time coverage, campaigns, and editorial content.
• Oversee coordination across internal stakeholders, production teams, and external partners for Las Vegas-based content.
• Capture and direct onsite social coverage for events, residencies, and brand activations.
• Provide creative direction and actionable feedback to creative and production teams.
• Edit and oversee the creation of short-form social content for all channels.
• Manage asset organization, content calendars, and approval workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or creative production.
• Proven experience leading real-time event coverage and managing high-volume production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in creative tools including Airtable, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
