What you will do

• Architect multi-agent workflows that handle end-to-end operational tasks.
• Integrate agents into customer tools including CRM, ERP, Slack, and email.
• Build evals and guardrails to ensure agents are reliable and safe in production.
• Deploy, operate, and continuously monitor agents on company infrastructure.
• Work directly with customers to scope and tune their first AI employee.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Strong bias for shipping and measuring outcomes in production rather than just prototyping.
• Ability to own and maintain complex systems in a production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, tool-use orchestration, or evals.
• Infrastructure or DevOps experience.
• Experience deploying AI into real-world business workflows.
