What you will do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise AI platform deployments including Claude, Copilot, and Gemini.
- Build and deploy AI agents for shared services teams using established pipeline standards.
- Develop and maintain a shared resource library of reusable components, patterns, and frameworks.
- Participate in cross-segment sessions to standardize and redistribute AI innovations.
- Apply engineering standards such as branching strategy, review gates, and CI/CD pipelines to all AI solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building with LLM APIs including prompt engineering and API integration.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js for AI application development.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration concepts like multi-step reasoning and context management.
- Experience with MCP servers or equivalent integration patterns.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security principles for responsible AI.
Nice to have
- 2–4 years of industry experience.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks for AI output quality measurement.
- DevOps, CI/CD, or agile development background applied to AI deployment pipelines.
- Experience building autonomous AI agents for enterprise workflows.
