End User Engineer Intern

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for end user devices including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues under supervision.
• Support the installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications.
• Track and monitor IT tickets to ensure timely updates and resolution for users.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, device setup, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate with Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
