What you will do

  • Lead and execute the Modern Workplace strategy aligned with global business objectives.
  • Manage and develop the L2 Support Operations team to ensure service excellence.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • Implement and optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
  • Define and enforce EUC governance, security policies, and workplace security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Site IT Heads to ensure alignment and present strategic metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, workplace technology, or related IT domains.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing support or infrastructure teams.
  • Proven track record in managing global, distributed L2/L3 support teams.
  • Deep expertise in endpoint management tools like Intune or Jamf and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of IAM, networking, cybersecurity, and risk compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights and lead organizational change.
