What you will do
- Lead and execute the Modern Workplace strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Manage and develop the L2 Support Operations team to ensure service excellence.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Implement and optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
- Define and enforce EUC governance, security policies, and workplace security initiatives.
- Collaborate with Site IT Heads to ensure alignment and present strategic metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, workplace technology, or related IT domains.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing support or infrastructure teams.
- Proven track record in managing global, distributed L2/L3 support teams.
- Deep expertise in endpoint management tools like Intune or Jamf and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of IAM, networking, cybersecurity, and risk compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights and lead organizational change.
