What you will do

• Lead DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and environment reliability.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of cloud and on-premise systems.
• Manage internal network systems, firewalls, VPNs, and IT support operations.
• Supervise office workspace allocation, IT asset lifecycle, and hardware procurement.
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols and compliance frameworks like ISO27001 and SOC2.
• Mentor and guide the Systems Engineering team to deliver high operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or infrastructure management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in network administration, VPN configuration, and firewall management.
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with high-performance frontend technologies like WebGL, WebAssembly, and Canvas API.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, ReactJS, or NodeJS.
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Willingness to explore new tools like Claude and Cursor.
