What you will do

• Triage software issues for Command for Hauling software in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex integrated systems.
• Prioritize issues based on risk, customer impact, and other key metrics.
• Identify mitigations to ensure development and validation processes continue without interruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global delivery teams to solve real-world problems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with issue management and resolution.
• Proven experience in system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex systems.
• Ability to evaluate impact and risk while identifying technical mitigations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with global delivery teams.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite at Tucson Proving Grounds in Green Valley, AZ.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Command for Hauling systems, functions, or operations.
• Advanced degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
