What you will do

• Secure air, car, and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies.
• Ensure all domestic and international travel adheres to government travel regulations.
• Maintain travel queues and manage reservation changes or cancellations to completion.
• Provide timely updates to client agencies regarding pending travel status.
• Conduct research on travel industry trends and offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and recommend value-added services to clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Professional experience in the travel industry.
• Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at Randolph AFB, TX.
