What you will do

• Define and uphold the holistic product strategy, creative vision, and IP tone from ideation to launch.
• Oversee core game design and key features to ensure they match target audience needs and quality bars.
• Lead a lean internal creative/design team and collaborate closely with external development partners.
• Manage collaborative execution strategies, identifying critical path issues and removing roadblocks.
• Orchestrate strategic pivots to the product roadmap based on data, player feedback, and new information.
• Foster a positive, high-collaboration culture between internal and external organizational lines.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in product management, game production, or game design leadership.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven track record of managing external development partners, publishers, or co-development teams.
• Experience leading or collaborating on mobile titles or fast-paced game development cycles.
• Fluent in Chinese.
• Deep understanding of Chinese mobile development trends and market dynamics.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping successful mobile or cross-platform titles in a leadership role.
• Experience translating established IPs into compelling gameplay experiences.
• Fluent English (Written and Verbal).
