What you will do

• Develop concepts for new game prototypes to meet target KPIs.
• Design new content, gameplay, and progression systems to enhance player life-cycle.
• Iterate on existing features and Live Ops using data and research insights.
• Execute design ideas into production while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with level designers to define player experience and progression.
• Conduct playtests and iterate based on feedback from internal and external testers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile game design.
• Strong knowledge of F2P mobile game design, economy, live-ops, and KPIs.
• Data-oriented mindset for analyzing and iterating based on real metrics.
• Up-to-date with current mobile game industry trends.
• Active player of casual mobile games.
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
