What you will do

• Translate creative vision into high-fidelity visual assets under the guidance of the Art Director.
• Rapidly generate and polish cinematic elements using a mix of AI tools and traditional digital painting.
• Experiment with the latest image and video generation models to push the boundaries of asset production.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize workflows and support the internal tools team.
• Ensure visual outputs meet the performance and technical constraints of real-time game engines.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in traditional or digital art, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Proficiency in standard digital art software and familiarity with foundational image/video generation models.
• Ability to use LLMs for scripting and automation to improve personal and team workflows.
• Finisher mentality with a willingness to manually correct artifacts and polish assets to production quality.
• Coachability and a strong drive to grow into an autonomous creative powerhouse.

Nice to have

• Understanding of game engine constraints, asset optimization, texturing, or UI.
• Video editing capabilities using Premiere Pro or similar software.
