What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, covering planning, design, testing, and deployment.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations and ensure alignment with client HR and business requirements.
• Oversee delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, and integration workstreams.
• Coordinate project governance, RAID management, and steering committee communications.
• Manage project financials, timelines, and vendor engagement to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support transitions.

Requirements

• Must have legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand (no sponsorship available).
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop-facilitation skills.
