What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily work activities to ensure shift output and quality targets are met.
• Perform manufacturing work-steps and internal equipment set-ups according to SOPs.
• Verify product quality through testing and inspections to meet regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and training support to the operations team.
• Act as a short-term substitute for the supervisor, making decisions in the best interest of production.
• Maintain documentation, manage raw material Kanbans, and ensure full traceability of components.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device or a similar manufacturing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including shift changes and training commitments.
