What you will do

• Perform wafer production operations and equipment handling according to technical specifications.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, including dismantling, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and prevent future production excursions.
• Collaborate with module engineering to execute experiments and implement equipment configuration changes.
• Create and update technical reports and maintenance specifications to support operational improvements.

Requirements

• Must hold an NFQ Level 6/7 qualification in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or biomedical manufacturing.
• Must be able to work a monthly rotating shift pattern.
• Mandatory on-site presence in Leixlip, Ireland.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with vacuum systems, RF systems, or precision mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing disciplines and high-precision maintenance.
• Experience in process control systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
