Salary: $248,000 — $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year vision for data governance and quality aligned with global business and AI evolution.
• Consult executive leadership on integrating compliance and stewardship into the data product lifecycle.
• Architect scalable data ecosystems anticipating real-time and AI-driven requirements.
• Establish best practices, tooling, and culture for autonomous high-quality data management.
• Lead cross-functional task forces to navigate regulatory landscapes and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers to foster a community of data excellence.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years of industry experience with leadership in large-scale data initiatives.
• Expertise in designing complex data ecosystems in high-volume environments.
• Deep knowledge of Java, Scala, Spark, S3, Iceberg, and SQL.
• Ability to influence product and business strategy through data integrity.
• Strong change management skills to drive cultural shifts in data ownership and quality.
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
