What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance CI/CD pipelines for build, deployment, and release processes.
• Lead the transition to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to build reusable infrastructure modules.
• Utilize Ansible to automate middleware administration, server provisioning, and patch management.
• Serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for pipeline failures and deployment bottlenecks in production environments.
• Implement security-as-code by automating SSL configurations, certificate management, and hardening protocols.
• Continuously identify and eliminate manual operational tasks to drive an automation-first mindset.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Middleware/Application Server Administration (e.g., WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic, or Tomcat).
• Expert-level experience in Ansible playbook development and configuration management.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure orchestration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex deployment failures in large-scale enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating monitoring and logging solutions into deployment pipelines.
• Deep understanding of middleware security configurations, including TLS/SSL and keystores.
• Ability to collaborate within an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
