What you will do

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of interest and dividend events.
• Supervise tax refund processes across various international markets.
• Reconcile and correct security and cash differences.
• Identify and process securities lending and borrowing positions.
• Manage internal and external payment processing.
• Handle service inquiries via mailbox and hotline.

Requirements

• German: C1 proficiency required
• English: B2 proficiency required
• Banking apprenticeship, commercial training, or equivalent diploma.
• Strong knowledge of securities and administrative transactions.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and resilience.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented mindset.
