What you will do

• Process transfer operations across all asset classes and global markets.
• Handle physical shares and conduct securities reconciliation and investigations.
• Provide support to the front-office team.
• Monitor and maintain daily contact with counterparts and custodians.
• Utilize SWIFT messaging (MT54*, MT76*, MT599) and financial tools like Bloomberg and T24.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance Back Office department.
• Fluent in French and good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong stress resistance and ability to learn new technical tools.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging.
